Depending upon what is the term of your pregnancy what is the positioning of the child how the pregnancy is going what is your BP like a lot of factors are taken into consideration before determining whether it are going to be a normal delivery or not also exercising from the time of three months onwards as recommended by the doctor would actually help a lot in delivery
