#asktheexperts i want to ask for maximum how many months i can take emcure galact granules ? And are there any side effect of this ?

A. Easily you can take it for 3 to 6 months because it’s suggested to exclusively breastfeed the child for first six months so if you want to manage and have a good feed through and through your six months then you can consume it till that time a healthy diet is extremely important
