i am a mother of 4 month old baby.I am taking galact granules since my baby born n still taking twice a day with milk.Is there any side effect of taking powder and how long should I take this powder?Is it safe for baby as prolonged use. please suggest anyone

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 11 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello! It should be used only as per doctors advice. Better to check with your consulting physician, to guide you further in this matter. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet
