#asktheexperts I'm in my 33 week and My amniotic fluid is not in normal range. what should I do. I'm taking L Arginine sachets drinking 2-3 lt of water. Apart from that what should I add in my diet?

PrachiMom of a 8 m old boy3 days agoA. It happened with me and my bay born in 34 weeks, I took sachet and amniotic fluid through saline also But doesn’t helped You can take coconut water, eat well,take more water Sachet doesn’t help much Try to eat and drink water thats it
