#asktheexperts I have thyroid problem which foods and workouts helps me to lose weight

A. hi most important thing is to keep thyroid hormones in normal range & fot this, you need to check every 3 months. Consult endocrinologist for adjustment of medicine dose. avoid raw cabbage cauliflower broccoli and sprouts exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
