A. Hi mom, a well healthy and balanced diet is very imp for the kids for proper growth and development..after 1 year you can start giving everything which you cook for yourself, like include milk and milk products, fruits and veg, grains and pulses, nuts

A. all foods have different purpose. do not stick to any specific food item. include lots of green vegetables seasonal fruits nuts legumes pulses cereal milk milk products eggs chicken fish mutton soups salads into the diet. minimum milk requirement is 500 ml throughout the day.
