#asktheexperts I have low breast milk supply. my baby is not satisfied with the amount of milk. even after having breast milk , she looks for more milk. I have tried shatavari and other lactogranules, but it is not sufficient.

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hii The following traits indicate that a baby is getting enough milk. The child is pooping 4-5 times a day and the poop is large and mustard coloured. The baby is peeing at least 8-10 times a day. The baby looks content after a feed, though this differs from one child to another. The breasts feel softer and less full after feeding.
