Q.

#asktheexperts I have cold and cough..i also have sinus issue... can i take sinarest ? My daughter is one year old and m breastfeeding her for 2 times now... or else can i take ayurvedic medicine for cold? does it affect on baby?

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral igsnfection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

A. Hello mom After taking any medication you just have to avoid feeding your baby for next six hours. So as you mentioned that you are breastfeeding your baby just twice a day then you can take that much gap and now your baby is more than one year also you should just try to give daily routine food to you baby
