#asktheexperts i have a twins baby girl ans out of 2, 1 girl is weak in terms of illness . she gets more frequent ill compare to other what's the reason ?

ask your pediatric regarding the Flu shot...
give leafy vegetables rooty vegetables seasonal fruits citrus fruits garlic ginger dry fruits as cashew almond in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount
keep baby well hydrated
