Its Everybody’s body built if the kids are twins that necessarily does not mean the kids are going to have same height health and everything so maybe one is getting well because there is no deficiency or issue and the other one maybe having some deficiencies or issue which is why the weight gain is not appropriate you take a guidance from your doctor on that
