#asktheexperts I have 2 months old baby boy. due to cold from today morning his nose something blocked and I am using Saline Nasal drops, from evening I have used 3 times, but baby does not feel well from cold.

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly bj along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
