#asktheexperts I had c section delivery and now I have a bulging tummy,it's been two months of my delivery....can I start doing exercise and yoga?

A. No. Wait for atleast 6 months after surgery. Once the healing is done timely and completely then after 6 completed months you can start doing yoga or gym or any activity that will put extra pressure on your abdomen

A. Hi parent please avoid all packed food and products with refined flour please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetables soup and upma daliya etc please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
