yes ,it is common problem after delivery especially after c section.
so here I suggest you some tips, hope it help:
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs,it will help to reduce the pain.
take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc
avoid drinking RO water.
you can try heating pad to get relief in pain.
