#asktheexperts I had c section 3 months back ,my back is paining daily after waking up

A. exercise more and rest well.See di not run after the better one.right now best to take which ever you getting as soon as possible and get tge full course okSee you can always show to a doctor online if you are afraid of covid. As this you can not ignore

A. hi yes ,it is common problem after delivery especially after c section. so here I suggest you some tips, hope it help: don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs,it will help to reduce the pain. take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc avoid drinking RO water. you can try heating pad to get relief in pain.
