Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very early to start excercise after the two months of c-dec. and also it is always advisable to evaluate your gynecologist once when you want to start excercise. and also if doctor is ok then do yoga planks and Surya namaskar to reduce belly fat.
