#asktheexperts I gave birth through the c section....when to start mild exercises so that it won't affect my health.... what are the preferred exercises? thank you.

A. hello wait for 45 days or 2 months atleast till you recover completely and once you ar comfortable then you can start with excercise slowly which should be better and also you should be doing walking on a regular basis which would be helpful and also safe too
