#asktheexperts i feel very weak and strength less 7 months postpartum. Pls suggest dietary changes to regain my strength. I used to be strong before childbirth.

A. hi yes , as your body went through major surgery and lose some nutrients at that time it happens. so first ,i advise to start taking iron ,calcium ,suppliments as per your doctor suggestion. second ,in diet ,start taking high calorie diet banana , chana , egg ,paneer ,fresh fruits etc third ,increase your fluid intake drink nimbupani once in a day which help to maintain your bp level and keep your energetic
