A. to have proper milk supply, Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Also, avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production.  Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help.

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. If you are still concerned better consult a lactation expert for advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
