Q.

hi, I am a mother to a month old baby. I am experiencing a sudden decrease in milk supply. what should I do? I take lactation supplement I am exclusively breastfeeding on demand.

A. dear mum, apart from taking lactation supplement, foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply.

A. decrease in milk supply take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic sabudana drumstick Dalia... ragi.. regular pumping increase milk supply you can use Babyhug electric breast pump
