I am 4 month postpartum mother. How to boost lactation? now a days milk supply is low!

A. hi there are different ways to increase breastmilk supply ,here are some of them ,hope it help: 1.Identify feeding position for proper latching. 2.compress the breast when baby is sucking and swallowing slow down.This will completely drain the breast and the mother can then switch baby to the other breast and repeat the process. eating foods are believed to help to increase milk production in body. for example sprouted fenugreek seeds, drumsticks soup , nuts , dry fruits etc 3.Having pumping session in between nursing so that the body can stimulate itself to the increasing demand. you may use any good brand breastpump like Babyhug brand breastpump for this.
