#asktheexperts i am having cold and running nose and I am a breastfeeding mom so can I take medicine for cold or will it have any effect on baby, also my baby is also having cold what can be done

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am Please take steam twice a day. You can rub eucalyptus oil on your forehead nose and chest. Please take Patanjali Shavasari syrup in lukewarm water. Also take honey in lukewarm water throughout the day. You can also drink turmeric milk which is beneficial during cold. Drink Shaadmani Herbal green tea which is also good dor cough and cold. Thanks and take care
