Maam you should check with your doctor if you need to start taking lactation supplement because I’m sure you’ll want to brush with both your kids so you need to have enough amount of feeding to feed the kids so look for some supplements you can start with and also check with your doctor if you need to start with any exercise for healthy delivery and healthy pregnancy
