Q.

#asktheexperts I am getting melasma marks on my cheeks post pregnancy as of now they are light. I didn’t get them during pregnancy. Is it due to some deficiency? What can I do to cure them?

A. it's not because of any deficiency, it results because of hormonal changes. usually fade within a few months of delivery. You can apply aloe vera gel. take lots of fruits and green veggies, n drink plenty of fluids
