#asktheexperts I am 9 months pregnant and suffering from cough and cold and unable to sleep at night due to nasal congestion. Please prescribe some medicine which is safe during pregnancy. Thank you

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl1 week agoA. And you can take steam you can start nebulising yourself but medicines cannot be suggested during the time of pregnancy and lactation without doctors advice so please talk to your gynaecologist she’ll assist you the best in terms of medicines to use
