#asktheexperts I am 7 month pregnant and I am experiencing heavy cramps whenever I try to get up. this is my second pregnancy but it is happening this time only and was not being experienced in my first pregnancy. please suggest what I should do to avoid such cramps

Are really very bad and heavy for you you should really not take it lightly you should get it examined by the gynaecologist and accordingly she can adjust the baby has really moved down which is why this is happening please don’t waste time visit your doctor
