Q.

#asktheexperts I am 34 years old..had a gallbladder removal surgery 2 years ago..now facing extremely gas n bloating pblm with headache..pain in hands too. diagnosed with thyroid during pregnancy. now under control with 50 mg medicine daily...had a one baby of 2.6 years with c- section..what should I do?

A. avoid spicy and oily food. drink lots of water. walk for half an hour daily.. eat fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc.. consult your doctor once for all routine investigation

Fall along with that exercise is a very important part of your routine if you want to stay fit and healthy as a thyroid patient you need to do certain exercises or at least walk for half an hour or 45 minute is a very good for you
