A. if you add children's section after 4 months you can start with some exercises like this poking patali half an hour cycling yoga also reduce calories in your diet

Hello ma’am Wait initially for 6 to 8 months once your stitches r healed completely after that only You can go for a proper workout and diet for the same because for initial eight months till the time you have stitches till the time they do not feel you cannot go for any workout or diet it is not healthy for you neither for your child so just have some patience
