#asktheexperts how to make sure kids iron protien and calcium needs are maintained all days with vegetarian diet. what food to include daily in diet to meet the nutritional needs, especially as he is growing taller etc.

A. dear mom. offer balanced diet. in meals offer dal rice, chapati, sabji, curd, salad. this indian meals are balanced diet. you may offer fruits, ilk, dry fruits, as a snacks.
