#AskTheExpert sir how I can include zinc and iron in my kid's diet... we are vegetarian

A. give daily pomegranate, little jaggery, lifa, spinach to fulfill iron requirements. Whole Grains and Legumes that are sprouted, vegetables like potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, kale also have zinc. pumpkin seeds, nuts like Peanuts, cashew, and almonds are rich sources of zinc , also Milk, yogurt, fortified cheese are zinc rich foods..
