#asktheexpert for weight gain what should include in his diet. My son is very thin. we are vegetarian.

A. dear Mum, for healthy weight gain of your 6 years old child, give a balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses, legumes: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
