A. dear mum, to loose weight, you should eat mindfully. exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing foods and beverages, processed packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast. Have good water intake.
