A. Best way to keep the child healthy and fit is to feed healthy, hone cooked food and avoid fried and packaged foods. It is important to give 3 main nutritional meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks which should also include fresh fruits, juices, buttermilk, coconut water, etc. Keep the child physically active by engaging in outdoor games and limit screen time.
