A. Hi, since you have completed one year after delivery you can start with yoga. Yoga is a best practice to reduce your weight and tighten your skin and keep yourself fit after delivery. With this have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Since your baby has completed one year try to reduce the number of breastfeed and give more solid food which is good for baby and yourself. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated. Take adequate rest.Write Your Answer Here
