Take fennel seeds in the morning or evening with water. Add more garlic to your food. Have lots of fluids. Drink 3-4 litres of water per day. Take coconut water, milk or juice. Eat a well balanced diet. Nurse often and on demand. Add lean meat and poultry to your meals.
