A. You should make more skin to skin contact with the baby and let baby sleep on chest abd luck your breast and start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink plenty of water and have two to three cups of milk abd eat a nutritious diet

A. Add fenugreek to your diet. Have oats or Dalia for breakfast. Whole grain foods are good to increase breast milk supply. Take fennel seeds in the morning or evening with water. Add more garlic to your food. Have lots of fluids. Drink 3-4 litres of water per day. Take coconut water, milk or juice. Eat a well balanced diet. Nurse often and on demand. Add lean meat and poultry to your meals.
