Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. Have lots of fluids and water.

take nutritious diet
use simply purified water having tds higher than 450
take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
take baajra , makka and reduce rice
take seasonal fruits and vitamin c tabs
