A. dear Mum, the more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. Have lots of fluids and water.

A. halim seeds with milk at night...also include seaseme seeds, methi and gond, papaya,garlic In your diet these definetly increases milk

A. hi parent take nutritious diet use simply purified water having tds higher than 450 take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky take baajra , makka and reduce rice take seasonal fruits and vitamin c tabs
