A. During pregnancy muscle and joint relaxes.post delivery do back muscles exercise, consult physiotherapist. Avoid weight lifting.take protein rich diet. you should take healthy fruits and vegetables based diet like salads, lettuce, tomato,soups, eat papaya, oranges on daily basis

A. hello you should be doing abdominal exercise which can be helpful to reduce your belly fat and you should also be doing walking and excercise which makes it very effective and also have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet which can also help too .
