DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 5 years old and he is having a fever so give him plenty of water and fruits juice and paracetamol 7.5 ml three times a day

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. give paracetamol to the baby immediately do sponging after body of the baby to relieve temperature Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit
