A. maximum 60 ml a day Give three meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana

A. hello you can give few sips of water after every solids..At this time, you can provide water in a sippy cup for your baby to sip on a few times a day. This needn’t be too frequent, assuming that you are still breastfeeding or formula feeding your baby besides providing solids
