#asktheexperts How much water should 8 months baby drink in a day?

A. water should be given to the child in such a amount so that the child is passing urination more than 6 times per day and the colour of urine is pale yellow to transparent. either directly or indirecctly water is given through food and juices or as water. but if it is less urine or it is concentrated urine then kindly give more water to the child as well as food rich in water as well as juice from fruits

A. As a child has completed 6 months definitely you can give water to the child to digest the food which is very important as your child is already having breast milk of formula milk which contains water in it so too much of water is not required you can give three or four ounces of water in a day
