Q.

#asktheexperts how much daily water consumption is required by 18 months old. Currently we don’t force him to drink water and he keeps sipping from his cup when he wishes

A. Dear mum, a daily water intake of 350 ml is fine. A good way to check baby’s hydration needs would be the urine. If baby’s urine colour is light yellow in colour or colourless, then baby is getting adequate hydration.
