Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. If the baby is passing urine for atleast 6-8 times in a day and is active and gains weight, then the baby is getting enough to eat. If the baby has dry lips, passes urine for less than 6 times in a day, is not gaining weight, is fussy and cranky, then she is not getting enough to eat. Always feed the baby on demand.
