#asktheexperts how do I know if I'm producing enough milk for my baby? he nurses like usual only, but I'm not sure if he's getting enough milk?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. you have to confirm this with your doctor your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding. Continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child

You can go for Babyhug breast pump it is one of the best. Expressed milk can be used for next six hours if you are keeping it in normal room temperature. So you can try this Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
