Q.

How to know that I'm producing enough milk for my 4 an half month baby? Since the baby has been taking only breast milk since birth, I don't want to switch to formula, but I'm not sure if I'm producing enough

A. F If your child is them not demanding for a feed for minimum 120 minutes on the minimum side that means whatever field you are giving to the child is good enough for the child and I can understand that you don’t want to give formula so this is one way you can find it out whether the milk a sufficient for the child or not
