So if you are planning to quit breastfeeding your child then go ahead with that and then you can go for a proper dieting and exercising because exercise is going to be very important and I think if you do along with it then of course will get much better results with that and of course it is possible to movies on your way I just have to work hard towards itWrite Your Answer Here
