Ruchi SharmaMom of 3 children2 years agoA. Hii,first live stress free life and routine your breakfast first. I gained 114 kg at my pregnancy and now I am 87 kg.. I just routine my breakfast and lunch. early morning daily I drank warm water and before bed time ..the same. but having stress is not good..So be happy with weight gaining also.. now do this all regularly..it will surely help.
Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay no problem ggv sOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. If you had a normal delivery then I can advise you to go ahead with a proper work out but diet you cannot do sensor breastfeeding the child and if you had a C-section delivery then workout can only be possible after 6 to 9 months of your delivery
