Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. diet modification is the key to loose extra fat as well as you need to do cycling brisk walking and simple exercises to begin with at least 5 to 6 days in a week. you need to cut off sugar and hextra carbohydrates from your diet and include good protein intake in your diet avoid any kind of junk food. a balanced diet containing high fibres and plenty of fluids will be of great help. thereafter ywwou can do abdominal core muscle exercises if you have completed at least six months after your delivery and other form of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.
