Emset 1.5 M at you can give as of now this is going to help in controlling vomiting go ahead with giving ors is water is that available with you otherwise I would advise you to go ahead with giving salt and sugar water continuously to the child that is also going to be helpful in controlling vomiting and will also maintain hydration in the body
