#asktheexperts hlo dr actually I have a thyroid testing in the t4 more than 12 is my thyroid level is 13.70 it's means there or not I have to prefer with my doctor and I have to take a tablet to control the thyroid can you please tell

Maam it is not much higher okay so instead of taking tablets I would recommend you to look for some yoga asanas and necessary home remedies and don’t take it lightly do it for three months at a stretch without any fail it will really help a lot in controlling your levels because I’ve done it personally so I know so three in three months also if your levels are not in referral range then consult your doctor if you want you can consult now also there is no problem
