Q.

I have thyroid issue..taking 75mg thyronorm tablets.. recently I checked my thyroid profile..TSH 1.6...T4 is 13.67.....and T3 is 0.9 my T4 level is high..but TSH normal...what should I do ? increase the tablets or decrease the tablets or keep as 75mg? please suggest

A. You should talk to your treating doctor once about the dose of the medicine and try to improve your lifestyle like eat fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and have seeds nuts start taking ashgourd juice in the morning stop cooking in aluminium vessels and start your physical exercise

A. We cannot suggest you whether you should increase the degrees or tablet that you are taking that can only be suggested by the Doctor Who is giving you the medicine so don’t don’t take any decisions from your own side kindly check with your doctor
