#asktheexperts HI Team, After my delivery I have lot of issues in my milk supply where I have to reduce my food due to over supply of milk and I was afraid when seeing a now. Now I am very much of foodie as I can not control my tempt. Is there any solution to solve this

U can eat in moderation
Anything eaten in moderation is fine
Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care and all the best
