A. Breasts not feeling heavy doesn't necessarily indicate a low milk supply. Many factors influence how your breasts feel, including your body adjusting to your baby's feeding schedule. Signs of adequate milk supply include: - Your baby has 6-8 wet diapers a day. - Your baby is gaining weight steadily. - Your baby seems content and satisfied after feedings. If you're concerned about your milk supply, it might be helpful to speak with a lactation consultant or your pediatrician for personalized advice and support.
